Eureka sells gift cards for a selection of amounts up to £15.95, and upon purchase, you, as a gift card holder, are entitled to unlimited free access to their venues. They are redeemable for a maximum of 12 months from the date of purchase, and upon redemption, you are entitled to an annual pass valid from the date of your first visit.

What is Eureka's refund policy?

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Eureka as soon as possible, as they will give you a full refund if you request a refund more than four weeks from the time of booking, but if it is less than four weeks, you will only get a 50% refund if they have to cancel for any reason. They will reschedule your visit or fully reimburse any expenses.

Does Eureka support school reservations?

Eureka is very supportive of school bookings, but you must book at least 14 days before your visit, with a maximum of 35 children per group, and it is recommended that you bring a minimum of five adults for each child in your group. In order to secure your booking, they require a deposit of 50% of the total cost within two weeks of booking.
